Please be
advised that the new lobbyist registration forms are out, but only online.
AIF has been advised by the Lobbyists Registration Office that all lobbyists
are at risk if they lobby during the interim committee week and are not
registered!
Because of the
new law, ALL lobbyists must register as if for the first time if they
are lobbying the executive and legislative branches of government. As
of this time the new forms have not been mailed out, therefore, access
to a computer is necessary.
You may access
the new
registration forms for both the legislative and executive branches.
New
Registration Forms
Please note however,
several new fields have been created for the new forms, such as Federal
ID number (FEID) and the North American Industry Classification System
(NAICS) codes. Lobbyists are required to fill out individual registration
forms for each principal.
