A few weeks ago, the AIF Board of Directors voted to endorse Senator John McCain for president.  A copy of the official press release detailing our reasons for this endorsement is included below.  Recently, the McCain campaign has requested that we contact our members about joining his Small Business Coalition.  They are interested in hearing from our members directly about the recent financial crisis and their ideas for growing the country’s economy.  We encourage all our members to play an active role in this historic election.  Small businesses are the core of our economy and they make up three-quarters of AIF’s membership.
