FHCC Meeting Follow-up
November 8, 2006

As a follow-up to our Coalition meeting Monday, please find attached the 19 page review of Lt. Governor Toni Jennings’ Property & Casualty Insurance Review Committee (PCIRC) last meeting on October 26th. Please note that Gerald Wester’s notes only cite those recommendations that were accepted by the PCIRC, thus the numbering of the issues is not consecutive, it is aligned with the number of the issue that was accepted.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call Jose Gonzalez (850) 224-7173 and we will get it addressed.

In addition, at the next meeting on November 20th, 10 am – noon, we will have a list of recommended issues for the Coalition to begin reviewing so that we can decide what issues we are going to support and which we will not support. Again, if you have any suggestions or idea’s, please get those into us as soon as possible.
