OF APPEAL
Notice is given that Defendant/Appellant
State of Florida appeals to the First District court of Appeal the
Summary Judgment and Order Denying Motion to Dismiss of this Court
rendered February 9, 2001. the nature of the Summary judgment
and Order Denying Motion to Dismiss is a final order of declatory
judgment entered against the State of Florida holding Chapter
99-225, Laws of Florida, Unconstitutional as violative of article
III, section 6 of the Florida Constitution.
