Illinois 5.025 cents per gallon*
(State 6.25% sales tax. Does not include local Chicago 1.0% + 5 cents per gallon excise tax)

Massachusetts 5 cents per gallon

California 4.824 cents per gallon*
(State 6% sales tax. Does not include add-on local taxes up to 2%)

Arizona 4 cents per gallon

New Jersey 4 cents per gallon
(Tax applies only to fuel consumed in NJ)

Missouri 3.397 cents per gallon
(State law caps tax revenues for high volume users)

Nevada 1 cent per gallon
(Does not include local LAS 2 cents per gallon excise tax)

Ohio No tax on airline fuel

Texas No tax on airline fuel
